    The FEP electronic wire extrusion line is a high-end wire manufacturing system dedicated to processing fluorinated ethylene propylene copolymer (FEP) insulation layers. This production line adopts high-temperature precision extrusion technology to form a uniform and smooth FEP insulation layer on the surface of the conductor, which has excellent electrical performance, high temperature resistance, and chemical stability. It is suitable for manufacturing cables for high-end electronic devices, aerospace, and special environments.

    Main Components:

    High-Temperature Pay-off System
    High-temperature tension control device (maximum temperature resistance 400°C).
    Inert gas protection unit (prevents conductor oxidation).
    High-Temperature Extrusion System
    Special alloy screw and barrel: Inconel alloy (L/D≥20:1).
    Six-section precision temperature control: temperature range 350-420°C (accuracy ±1°C).
    Dual filtration system: 200-mesh + 300-mesh filter screen combination.
    Special Die Head System
    Corrosion-resistant flow channel design (PTFE coating).
    Precision guiding mold (concentricity ≥98%).
    Graded Cooling System
    Primary cooling: graphite heat conduction tube slow cooling zone.
    Secondary cooling: constant-temperature water circulation cooling tank.
    Online Detection System
    Infrared thermal imager: real-time monitoring of temperature distribution.
    Beta-ray thickness gauge: online measurement of insulation layer thickness.
    Special Take-up System
    High-temperature resistant traction wheel (polyimide material).
    Constant tension take-up (tension fluctuation ≤0.5N).
