    The PVC electronic wire extrusion production line is a continuous production system dedicated to manufacturing polyvinyl chloride (PVC) insulated electronic wires. It forms insulated wires with precise dimensions, smooth surfaces, and stable electrical properties by melting and uniformly coating PVC compounds on the surface of metal conductors such as copper wires. This production line is the most common and widely used extrusion equipment for producing general electronic wires, suitable for manufacturing wires of various standard specifications.

    Main Components:

    Pay-off System
    Function: Unwinds copper conductors (solid or stranded) with tension control to prevent deformation.
    Types: Passive pay-off (dependent on traction force) or active pay-off (independent tension control).
    Preheating Device
    Function: Preheats the conductor to enhance PVC adhesion and reduce residual stress.
    Extruder
    Screw: Designed for PVC characteristics (typically 20:1 L/D ratio, 2.5:1–3:1 compression ratio).
    Barrel: Sectional heating with temperature control (150–200°C) to ensure uniform PVC melting.
    Drive System: Provides stable rotation speed to ensure consistent melt output.
    Die Head and Mold
    Function: Shapes molten PVC into a continuously and concentrically coated insulation layer.
    Mold Types: Pressure-type (tight coating) or tubing-type (smooth surface).
    Cooling Trough
    Function: Solidifies the insulation layer through staged water cooling (hot water → cold water) to prevent defects.
    Capstan (Puller)
    Function: Maintains constant pulling speed to ensure uniform wire diameter (caterpillar or wheel type).
    Spark Tester
    Function: Detects pinholes or breaks in the insulation layer via high-voltage testing.
    Diameter Gauge
    Function: Monitors outer diameter in real-time using laser and provides feedback for adjusting extrusion parameters.
    Inkjet Printer
    Function: Prints markings online (e.g., specifications UL1007, voltage 300V, temperature 80°C).
    Take-up System
    Function: Winds finished wire with constant tension and supports automatic reel change.

    The PVC electronic wire extrusion production line is a continuous production system dedicated to manufacturing polyvinyl chloride (PVC) insulated electronic wires. It is the most common and widely used extrusion equipment for producing general-purpose electronic wires. Its main applications are as follows:
