Guide Wheel
The aluminum guide wheel is the core component of the wire guiding system of the wire drawing machine, made of high-strength aluminum alloy. Its main functions include:
Precise guidance: Control wire path deviation ≤ 0.1 mm/m;
Reduce friction and consumption: friction coefficient<0.15 (40% lower than steel wheels);
Dynamic heat dissipation: thermal conductivity of 237 W/(m·K), quickly dissipating frictional heat.
Core Advantages
1. Weight is only one-third of the steel wheel, reducing equipment inertia;
2. Natural rust prevention, suitable for humid/corrosive environments;
3. Surface can be reprocessed (surface can be sprayed with ceramic or tungsten carbide coating).
