Medium-duty Current Collector Ring
The current collector ring for medium-sized wire drawing machines is an efficient conductive component designed specifically for the production of medium-sized wire rods (wire diameter 2-10 mm), with both dynamic current transmission and mechanical guidance functions. The current collector ring is made of tin bronze material (bronze with tin as the main alloy component). It mainly solves the problems of continuous and stable transmission of 300-2000A current, low wear requirements under medium and high-speed rotation conditions (≤ 800 RPM), and compact installation suitable for limited space equipment layout.
