Wire Clamp
Wire clamp is one of the key components of wire drawing machine, used to fix, guide and position the wire during the drawing process of metal wires (such as copper, steel, aluminum, etc.), ensuring their smooth passage through the mold, reducing shaking and offset, and improving drawing accuracy and surface quality.
Classification
Zirconia wire clamp: High hardness, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, suitable for high-speed wire drawing and precision machining.
Hard alloy wire clamp: High wear resistance, commonly used for high-strength metal wire drawing.
Ceramic wire clamp: insulated, corrosion-resistant, suitable for special environments (such as the electronics industry).
Polycrystalline diamond wire clamp: Made of superhard material, used for extremely fine wire or high-precision drawing.
