Key Components

Shredder Main Shaft
The moving blades are made of wear-resistant alloy steel and can be repositioned multiple times for extended use. The stationary blades are adjustable, allowing for a wider shredding range by modifying the blade clearance.
Feeding Pusher
The pusher’s bottom plate is reinforced to withstand repeated impact during feeding without deformation. A dust collection system is installed at the bottom to ensure long-term stable operation of internal components.
Screen Mesh
Different types and sizes of screens can be replaced to meet varying requirements. The shredder automatically stops when the screen is opened, ensuring operational safety.
Power System
The intelligent hydraulic control adjusts the pusher speed: Fast feeding for easily shredded materials.
Slower feeding for tough materials to prevent rotor overload. Each hydraulic system is equipped with a cooling system to maintain stable long-term operation.
