135℃ Flame-Retardant EPDM Elastomer Irradiation-Crosslinkable Insulation Compound is mainly formulated with modified EPDM rubber as the base polymer, compounded with various additives. Through mixing and extrusion pelletization processes, it achieves exceptional processability, physical-mechanical properties, electrical insulation performance, and outstanding flame retardancy. Cables manufactured with this material develop a smooth, rounded surface with superior elasticity and tactile quality after irradiation crosslinking. It is ideally suitable for magnet wires, control cables, flame-retardant mining cables, and shipboard cables.
