150℃ LSHF Flame-Retardant Elastomer Irradiated Insulating Compound
150℃ LSHF Flame-Retardant Elastomer Irradiated Insulating Compound is primarily formulated with halogen-free, non-toxic elastomers as the base resin, compounded with various additives through mixing and extrusion pelletization. It exhibits excellent processability, physical-mechanical properties, electrical insulation performance, and outstanding flame retardancy. During combustion, it releases no halogen acids and is self-extinguishing upon flame removal, significantly reducing toxic corrosive gas emissions and smoke generation. Cables manufactured with this material develop a smooth, rounded, elastic surface with superior hand feel after irradiation cross-linking. It is primarily used in control cables, instrument cables, and meter connection cables.
