USB Data Cable Braiding Machine
The USB data cable braiding machine is an automated device designed for braiding reinforcement or shielding layers on the surface of the outer coating of USB cables. It is mainly used to improve the tensile strength, wear resistance, and electromagnetic shielding performance of data cables. Its core functions include:
Enhance mechanical performance: By weaving aramid fibers or high-strength polyester fibers, the tensile strength of the wire can be improved (able to withstand a tensile force of over 50N);
Optimizing electromagnetic shielding: using tin plated copper wire/aluminum magnesium wire weaving, the shielding efficiency can reach 60 dB@1GHz ;
Improving appearance and texture: The nylon woven layer provides a variety of color options, enhancing the product's aesthetic appeal.
