Blossom-falling Reel Take-up Machine
Blossom-falling reel take-up machine is a specially designed three-dimensional winding equipment, which adopts a unique "plum blossom petal" drop barrel mechanism and is dedicated to precision winding of ultra-fine and ultra soft wires (such as enameled wire, micro electronic wire, medical catheter, etc.). Its name comes from the natural hanging and winding method of the wire falling like a plum blossom during winding, which can effectively avoid the stretching damage of fine and soft wire caused by traditional winding methods. This machine can be operated individually or in conjunction with a power cable rack or a extruder, and is suitable for high-speed barrel winding of automotive two-color wires and drop barrel winding of various flexible wire harnesses.
