FD2A dual-line fine aluminum wire drawing machine line with continuous annealing is a specialized equipment line used to process medium aluminum wire (usually with a diameter of Φ0.6-1.6 mm) into fine aluminum wires (Φ0.12-0.5 mm) through multiple passes of stretching. 

Characteristic

1. It can draw 2 aluminum wires at the same time, which has the advantages of high speed, energy saving, and saving space and manpower;
2. The wire winding adopts dual frequency conversion and dual motor control, ensuring stable wire drawing;
3. The tension is independently controlled and not easily broken;
4. There are two options for closing the line: closing on two separate reels or closing on one reel.
