The CS450S straight-through coarse copper wire drawing machine line with continuous annealing is composed of equipment such as single-head coarse copper wire drawing machine, continuous annealing machine, and take-up machine. It is mainly used for producing coarse copper wire of φ1.2-4.5 mm. 

Structural Characteristics

Linear Transmission System
Using a series of drum or track traction devices, the wire travels in a straight line between the molds, avoiding the bending stress of traditional tower wheel equipment and reducing surface scratches. Each mold is equipped with an independent tension sensor, which provides real-time feedback to adjust the traction and winding speed, ensuring constant tension (within ± 1%).
High Precision Mold Set
The model is made of hard alloy or polycrystalline diamond (PCD) to meet the tensile requirements of high-strength wires. The mold seat is equipped with a water cooling or oil cooling system to reduce processing temperature rise and extend mold life.
Automated Control
PLC+information control, predicting track frequency, speed and other parameters, supporting automatic modeling and technical report integration of closed-loop tension control system, reducing wire breakage rate.
Lubrication and Cooling
The high-pressure spray lubrication system covers the mold and wire, and the lubricating fluid (such as saponification solution and synthetic oil) is circulated and filtered to reduce the friction coefficient to below 0.05. Optional online eddy current cooling device, controlling wire temperature ≤ 50 ℃.

Main Features

1. The wire drawing host and the fixed speed wheel are separately driven by a motor, which has the function of quickly changing molds;
2. The surface of the wire drawing drum is sprayed with tungsten carbide, which has high hardness, good wear resistance, and long service life;
3. The drum adopts a horizontal single row inclined arrangement, and the cantilever distance of all drum mold seats is short, with equal elongation and high rigidity and strength.
