Its core function is to gradually reduce the diameter of copper wire through molds, while optimizing the surface smoothness, roundness, and internal structure of the wire to meet the high-precision requirements of copper wire in fields such as wire and cable, electronic components, etc.

Main Components

Pay-off Unit
Place the original copper wire coil to ensure continuous feeding;
Wire Drawing Mold
Composed of multiple molds with different aperture sizes, the copper wire is stretched step by step;
Traction Device
Control the constant tension of copper wire during the stretching process to prevent wire breakage;
Lubrication System
Reduce friction and heat by immersion or spray lubrication, and extend mold life;
Take-up Device
Wrap the stretched thin copper wire neatly for subsequent processing.
