Core Structure

Raw material supply system: Provide initial gold wire materials and ensure stable supply.
Stretching device: Including fine pull tower wheel, micro pull tower wheel and mold, gradually reducing the wire diameter through multi-stage drawing.
Tension control devices: Such as resistance devices and slip wheels, maintain a constant tension during the drawing process.
Speed measurement and feedback system: The speed measurement wheel monitors the line speed in real-time and achieves closed-loop control through PID regulation.
Winding and wiring system: The swinging screw and winding wheel ensure that the gold wire is evenly wound, avoiding edge collapse or thread defects.

Characteristic:

Precision tension control and lubrication systems (such as oil film lubrication or emulsion lubrication) are required.
Usually equipped with closed-loop speed regulation and automatic wiring device.

Fine Gold Wire Drawing Machine

Applicable wire diameter range: 0.03 mm-0.1 mm
Characteristic:
Specially designed for high-precision fine wires, suitable for electronic industry bonding wires, micro jewelry and other scenarios.
Using high hardness diamond or polycrystalline molds, the reduction rate gradually decreases (about 10%~15% per pass).
Configure a constant tension system (such as magnetic powder brake or servo feedback control) to avoid wire breakage.

Applicable wire diameter range:0.01-0.03 mm
Characteristic:
