    The ultra-fine gold wire drawing machine is a precision machining equipment that gradually draws the initial gold wire (usually 0.05-0.1 mm) to 10-30 μm through multiple micro stretching processes, and its wire diameter accuracy needs to be controlled within ± 0.5 μm.

    Feeding

    Multi level micro stretching: The reduction rate of each pass is 5-10% to avoid excessive stretching that may cause wire breakage. Adopting a tower wheel layout.
    Tension Control
    Closed loop feedback regulation: The laser velocimeter monitors the line speed in real time, and the PID algorithm dynamically adjusts the winding servo motor.
    Take-up System
    Precision wiring: Using a servo motor and ball screw driven wire guide to ensure even winding of the gold wire, avoiding wire stacking or edge collapse.
