BVR Wire Extrusion Line
BVR wire is a type of flexible wire specifically designed for distribution cabinets. It is a copper core polyvinyl chloride insulated flexible wire, which is used in situations where flexibility is required for fixed wiring. BVR wires are suitable for fixed installation of power devices with AC rated voltage of 450 / 750V and below. Like home lighting. Fixed wiring can be used for indoor exposed installation, conduit installation, and other occasions. For the convenience of differentiation during installation, it can be divided into seven colors: red, yellow, blue, green, black, white, and double. Due to its soft structure, BVR is also widely used in soft environments.
The only difference between BVR wire and BV wire is that the conductor diameter of R-type wire is soft copper wire. Namely: increase the number of conductors, reduce the diameter of a single conductor, and ensure that the diameter of a single conductor is less than 1 millimeter. In this way, BVR wires are very flexible, with significantly reduced installation angle requirements compared to BV wires. It is more convenient and fast to thread through conduit and trunking, reducing work intensity while greatly improving work efficiency.
The BVR wire extrusion line is a complete set of equipment specifically used for producing BVR type copper core polyvinyl chloride insulated wires. Through extrusion technology, PVC insulation material is uniformly coated on the surface of multi stranded copper conductors to manufacture building wires that comply with the national standard.
Composition of Production Line
The BVR wire extrusion line mainly includes the following core equipment:
Pay off Stand: Release copper/aluminum conductors to maintain stable tension.
Preheating Unit: Heat the conductor to improve insulation adhesion.
Extruder: Melt PVC/XLPE and evenly coat the conductor.
Cooling Tank: Segmented cooling and shaping insulation layer.
Haul off: Control the speed of the production line.
Take-up Reel: Automatic winding of finished wires.
Testing Equipment: Spark tester, laser diameter measuring system, etc.
Process Flow
Pay-off → Preheating → Extrusion coating → Cooling and shaping → Spark detection → Printing → Take-up.
