Aluminum Guide Bracket
The aluminum guide bracket is a critical supporting component in wire/cable stranding and bunching equipment, primarily used to secure and adjust the position of the stranding bow (wire guide), ensuring precise wire routing during the stranding process. Manufactured from high-strength aluminum alloy, it combines lightweight properties with durability.
The aluminum bracket can be equipped with various specifications of ceramic eyelets mounted on the steel band to accommodate different wire diameters in stranding machines. The central wire-guide ceramic eyelets can be made of 99% alumina or zirconia ceramics, which prevent wire damage during operation.
Wear-resistant ceramic eyelets can be customized with different specifications and materials based on customer requirements. They are fixed onto the aluminum bracket using M3 screws and installed on the stranding bow's steel band. The spacing between eyelets is determined by the width of the steel band.
The inner diameter of the central wire-guide ceramic eyelet is selected according to the customer's wire drawing diameter requirements.
