Thermoplastic Elastomer Insulation Compound
Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) Insulation Compound are polymer materials produced through physical blending or chemical synthesis, combining the elasticity of rubber with the processability of plastics. Their molecular chains consist of hard segments (providing strength) and soft segments (imparting elasticity), enabling thermoplastic processing of cable insulation layers without vulcanization. Suitable for consumer electronic cables, low-voltage automotive wiring harnesses, photovoltaic (PV) cables, and smart home wiring systems.
