It is suitable for stranding multiple core wires such as data cables (Class 5, Class 6, Class 7), high-frequency cables, computer cables, power cables, etc. into cables and synchronously wrapping them.

Performance Characteristics

1. The host machine adopts a cantilever structure;
2. PLC program+variable frequency speed control+pneumatic control. With excellent design features such as stepless setting of twist distance, no lead wheel, and no dynamic disc arrangement, the tension of the cable is ensured to be uniform;
3. In order to ensure the structural stability after cable formation, a single button cable structure is adopted, and a large-diameter turning guide wheel is designed to minimize bending as much as possible;
4. Through mechanical linkage and electrical dual control, the unit ensures excellent synchronization and stable twisting distance in four states: start-up, normal operation, slow stop, and emergency stop;
5. The overall performance is stable and the operation is simple.
