Coarse aluminum wire drawing machine is a mechanical equipment specifically used to process coarse aluminum wire (such as copper rod with a diameter of 9.5 mm) into finer aluminum wire (such as 1.20-4.50 mm) through multi pass stretching process. 

Main Components

Pay-off Unit
Place the original copper wire coil to ensure continuous feeding;
Wire Drawing Mold
Composed of multiple molds with different aperture sizes, the copper wire is stretched step by step;
Traction Device
Control the constant tension of copper wire during the stretching process to prevent wire breakage;
Lubrication System
Reduce friction and heat by immersion or spray lubrication, and extend mold life;
Take-up Device
Wrap the stretched thin copper wire neatly for subsequent processing.

The coarse aluminum wire drawing machine is mainly used to pull large diameter aluminum rods to medium diameter, which is the first key process of aluminum wire processing. The details are as follows:
Power Transmission and Cable Manufacturing
High voltage overhead conductor (AAC/ACSR): Thick aluminum poles are pulled into medium diameter aluminum wires and then twisted into aluminum stranded wires for use in high-voltage transmission lines.
