    The PVC insulated building wire extrusion line is the most basic and widely used wire production equipment in the wire and cable industry, mainly used to produce various PVC insulated wires and cables, such as common H05V-K, H07V-R, etc. It uses extrusion technology to uniformly coat PVC (polyvinyl chloride) material on the surface of copper or aluminum conductors, forming an insulation layer, and ultimately producing wire products that meet electrical performance and safety standards.

    Composition of Production Line

    The building wire extrusion line mainly includes the following core equipment:
    Pay off Stand: Release copper/aluminum conductors to maintain stable tension.
    Preheating Unit: Heat the conductor to improve insulation adhesion.
    Extruder: Melt PVC/XLPE and evenly coat the conductor.
    Cooling Tank: Segmented cooling and shaping insulation layer.
    Haul off: Control the speed of the production line.

    Process Flow
