CAT8 Cable Braiding Machine

The CAT8 cable braiding machine is a specialized equipment used for producing Cat8 (Class 8) Ethernet cable shielding layers, mainly solving electromagnetic interference (EMI) problems under 40Gbps high-speed transmission. Compared to ordinary Ethernet cable weaving machines, Cat8 weaving machines have the following core features:
Ultra High Precision Weaving
Support weaving of ultra-fine silver plated copper wire with a diameter of 0.05mm;
Weaving density ≥ 95% (required by Cat8 standard);
Shielding effectiveness> 80dB@2GHz (Meet 40Gbps transmission requirements);
Multi Layer Composite Weaving Ability
Can handle simultaneously:
• Independent wire pair aluminum foil shielding
• Total shielding layer copper wire weaving
• Outer aramid reinforcement (optional)
Intelligent Production System
Integrated online impedance testing (100 Ω± 2%)
AI visual detection of shielding layer defects (defect rate<0.01%).
